[first edition issued in a run of eight covers]
the kate moss book is a large, heavy, beautifully composed, black coffee table book containing over 440 pages of stunning portraits of a women that people either love or loath. i am obviously of the former category having purchased this as a gift-to-self over the holidays. kate was discovered at the age of 14 at jfk airport, new york city in 1988. at only 170cm tall, and a figure that was a constant point of contention, the model a stark contrast to the "supermodels" of the time... in 1990 she appeared on her first cover of uk magazine the face which truly launched her career. now at the age of 39, she is still one of the most sort after and recognisable models today. this retrospective of kate's favourite images by some of the worlds most famous photographers is a must for any kate, fashion and/or photography lover...
